KOLKATA/NEW DELHI: Former WB minister Rajib Banerjee, who as of late quit the Trinamool Congress, joined the BJP in the public capital on Saturday alongside a couple of different heads of the state’s decision party in the wake of meeting senior BJP pioneer and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
Banerjee and MLAs Prabir Ghosal and Baishali Dalmiya, who was late ousted from the TMC, and previous Howrah Mayor Rathin Chakraborty, travelled to the public capital on an exceptional plane and met focal BJP pioneers.
“They have entered the BJP,” party general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya revealed to PTI following the gathering.
Previous TMC MLA Parthasarathi Chattopadhyay and entertainer Rudranil Ghosh had likewise gone with them on their visit to meet BJP pioneers in the public capital.
BJP public VP Mukul Roy and Vijayvargiya showed up in Delhi with them.
The TMC, which has been confronting question from various pioneers in front of the gathering political race due in April-May, said that the leaving individuals don’t have long political history.
Before the day, Banerjee said he had a word with Union Home Minister Amit Shah. The latter called him to the public capital.

The decision TMC in West Bengal was shaken by a new episode of renunciations on Friday with Banerjee stopping the gathering and a few different pioneers mobilizing behind him.
