Judge Anupam Mukhopadhyay of City Sessions Court likewise forced a fine of ₹ 2.5 lakh on Arun Mukhopadhyay, a chief in the Rose Valley gathering.
The court sentenced Arun Mukhopadhyay after he conceded that he was blameworthy during the conference.
